Starting From March 3 Onwards, All My Youtube Videos Will Have Subtitles With More Than 20+ Languages!!!

Since my 2 week break last month, I’ve been brainstorming on what to do with my videos and/or social media from 2021 and on. I realized that I have fans from all over the globe, from Brazil, Malaysia, Vietnam, and even in some African countries!!! Some of my Filipino fans are frustrated that I don’t/refuse to speak Tagalog/Filipino on my review videos (whether on YT or FB). I kept on telling them that my channel is NOT a Filipino-centric channel but more of a global channel.

So I figure out to connect more people worldwide, I might as well go all out and provide subtitles! And not just a meager 2, 3, or even 5 languages…make that MORE THAN 20 LANGUAGES!!! With that in mind, here are the languages that I will be including:

  • Amharic
  • Afrikaans
  • Arabic
  • Chinese (simplified, Taiwan)
  • Chinese (traditional, China)
  • English (American)
  • Filipino / Tagalog
  • French
  • German
  • Hebrew
  • Hindi
  • Indonesian
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Latin
  • Malay
  • Portuguese
  • Russian
  • Spanish
  • Swahili
  • Swedish
  • Thai
  • Vietnamese

Yeah, yeah, yeah, none of the Google-based translations are perfect. But it’s still a small step, right!?

More videos will be subtitled in due time. As of this article, The 2020 Honda CB650R Taste Test and the upcoming 2020 Moto Guzzi V9 Sport Bobber Taste Test are already subtitle-ready!

I will also provide subtitles on Facebook when possible, but I think they’re limited up to 5 languages at a time. Also since my Facebook page is more Filipino-centric compared to my Youtube platform, it will be an Asian-centric affair. So over there, I will provide:

  • Filipino / Tagalog
  • Hindi
  • Indonesian
  • Japanese*
  • Korean*
  • Malay
  • Spanish*
  • Thai
  • Vietnamese

*If Facebook can accommodate more languages

And if other video platforms would provide the same flexibility as Youtube, then I will implement the same concept.

Thanks!

Bite Test: 2020 Voge 500DS

In the middle-weight Adventure bike class, it can be split-up into 3 categories: 400cc-500cc | 550cc-700cc | 750cc-900cc.

This unit right here is a Philippine-market prototype. Motorstar Philippines is currently conducting a test market phase for its viability of the Voge brand in the country. America!

Of the ever-growing 500cc segment you can add this Voge 500DS! As of this upload, the 500DS has been in both Europe and China for a while now. And as the Loncin DS7 in South America!

This unit right here is a Philippine-market prototype. Motorstar Philippines is currently conducting a test market phase for its viability of the Voge brand in the country.

The 500DS is the middle child of the Voge/Loncin line along with the smaller 300DS/DS6 (LX300-6D) and the bigger 650DS/DS8 (LX650-2). How will this bike perform in my very short time?

Bite Test: 2020 Voge 650DS / Loncin DS8

Another challenger from China trying to break the mold in the mainstage! Introducing Voge, the new motorcycle from the Chinese motorcycle conglomerate, Loncin.

Following the footsteps of Benelli Q.J. and CFMoto, Voge emphasizes premium feel and experience at very competitive prices! This Voge 650DS alongside with the rebadged Loncin DS8 (on certain markets) is their flagship motorcycle!

People will be familiar with its 650cc single-cylinder on this bike, remember the BMW G650, F650, and the lightweight Husqvarna TR650? Some of the Rotax-engineered 650 was built by Loncin under contract up until production halted. Now under Loncin (with license), that same engine is currently powering this Adventure-Touring motorcycle! I personally did not know that up until I edited this video!

I thought that this bike is like a spiritual successor to the now legendary Kawasaki KLR 650.

But will an ‘updated G650’ with modern toys be enough to be worthy of nostalgia? Or will this be a copy and paste affair? I have not ridden the G650, F650, nor the TR650. Maybe I will get a ‘taste’ of that, let’s see…

Taste Test: 2018 Triumph Tiger 800 XRt

The Middleweight Adventure Bike category is growing as one of the fastest motorcycle genres right now!

One of the pioneers in this class is the Triumph Tiger 800 series! On its 3rd generation and accompanying the newbie for 2020, the Tiger 900. Along with the recently revamped Tiger 1200 & Scrambler 1200, Triumph continues the onslaught on this genre!

The Tiger-8 I had the opportunity to ‘Taste Test’ is their top-spec on its XR line, the XRt is their flagship Adventure-Touring (road-biased) bike. On the other end of the spectrum, Triumph also offers the Adventure-Dirt (offroad-biased) XC line.

By far, I still haven’t ridden a bad Triumph yet (675 Street Triple R, Bonneville Speedmaster 1200, & 1050 Speed Triple RS). Will this Tiger 800 XRt continue the streak? Here’s what I think of it.

Taste Test: 2020 Moto Guzzi V85TT Adventure

Destined to replace Guzzi’s only adventure-touring bike, the Stelvio 1200 NTX. The Italian cruiser brand downsizes and ventures into the very hot middle-weight adventure-touring class, hence the completely new V85 TT Series!

Smaller in every way compared to the Stelvio 1200, yet the V85 even more feature-packed compared to its predecessor! In this crowded segment, how will the V85 distinguish itself compare to the others in its class?

Will this Guzzi’s Italian charms find their way into my heart? Or it will remind me to have a pasta dish after the ride. Find out here!
